- * Always return your items using registered courier as advised in our return authorization mail.
- * Always return all original items included with the product. Missing original parts, accessories, and peripherals will be rejected for the refund, and replacement or Up to 50% of the purchase price will be refunded.
- * Any products returned due to buyer negligence (i.e. liquid damage, accidental damage, power surges) will be rejected.
- * Upon Return if nettradez.com's serial number is missing the return will be rejected.
- * Returns are not applicable for the following(software, completed services, consumable products (e.g., batteries, ink, and pens).
- * Returns are not applicable for items purposely damaged by buyer.
We do our best to make sure you never need to use this policy. But still for theory purpose here it is: If an item you ordered from nettradez.com does not meet your expectations do contact us and file the return within the return policy period of seven(7) days, and we will happily try to assist you.

Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect or Wrong Item
When you register for an account on the site, make a purchase, sign up to receive promotional emails from us, or contact us for support or with questions the types of information we will collect about you includes: Your Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address.
How We Use Your Personally Identifiable Information
If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we'll give you instructions on how to proceed.
When the return is approved we will express ship a replacement item at the earliest possible with no extra shipping cost to you
If the original ordered item is no longer possible then we will request you to choose an alternate item of similar make(i.e. a Laptop for a Laptop) within $50 dollars of the original item's purchase price, and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you. And possible return of the alternate item will be subject to the first item's purchase price in the chain. We will communicate with you about your wishes to make sure you will be happy with the exchange.
If you do not want any alternate item then we will refund you 100% within 7 days and 75% refund within 30days of contact.
Or any other amicable resolution as mutually agreed with you.
